*Banquet tickets are NOT included in the registration fee. If you wish to attend the banquet, please make sure to purchase a banquet ticket during the registration process.

Banquet Ticket
USD 150 (KRW 200,000) / per person- Banquet ticket requires an additional payment separate from the registration fee.
- Please note that banquet ticket can only be purchased until the Standard Registration.
Accompanying Person Ticket
USD 200 (KRW 270,000) / per person- The accompanying person rate includes only coffee breaks, lunches during the conference, and one banquet ticket. Access to scientific sessions and conference materials is not included.
Tutorial Sessions
USD 100 (KRW 140,000) / per session- For tutorial registration, please check the additional item when you register.
- Tutorial sessions require an additional registration fee per session. Please check the program schedule in advance and purchase the sessions you wish to attend accordingly.
Notes
- Student verification: Documentation of student status may be required at registration.
- Corporate billing: Available upon request β please contact the Secretariat.

Log into the online registration system, or create a new account if you are a first-time user.
Complete the Form
Fill in your personal and affiliation details accurately. Information cannot be changed after submission.
Select & Pay
Choose your participation category and pay the registration fee online via Toss Payments.
Get Confirmed
Receive a confirmation email within 3 weeks of payment processing.
Download Receipt
Access your receipt anytime from My Page after payment completion.
Payment Methods
Online Payment via Toss Payments
All registration fees are paid directly on this website through Toss Payments, a secure online payment gateway. Complete your payment online when you submit your registration β no bank transfer or separate invoice is required.
Credit / debit cards and other methods supported by Toss Payments are accepted.
Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation Email
Sent within three (3) weeks after appropriate payment is received.
Pending Payment
Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
Receipt Download
Available in My Page immediately after payment is completed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
On or before October 20, 2026
100% of the fee shall be refunded, less any applicable processing charges. The registration fee is refundable after deduction of necessary expenses already incurred.
From October 21, 2026 onwards
Cancellation requests received from October 21, 2026 are not refundable.
- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by email.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after MMM12, for administrative reasons.
- All cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).
